broken printers dropped pint
i ordered drinks on the app half an hour later i discovered the printers were broken so they hadn't received the order the staff sorted our drinks but dropped a whole pint of coke on the floor

The bed was comfortable and a good size. The staff had a helpful nature.
The room was not very clean. I saw marks all over the floor, and it seemed like it was gonna give way. The musty smell was present everywhere.

the room included a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and also good-sized room. staff gave friendly and helpful service at reception, Becky was great. breakfast service provided ample options. grounds around the place looked great. parking WAS very accessible.
the pipework was really noisy any time a toilet got used. the noise was horrendous.

excellent stay near the city
breakfast selection smooth check-in spacious room
I found the breakfast selection plentiful. The staff readily accommodated specific requests. elle provided a smooth check-in experience. stephen arranged our breakfasts exactly as we wanted them, delivering excellent service. the room's cleanliness and spaciousness impressed me, it featured massive windows.
The plumbing made loud noises whenever the toilet or taps were used. this became a bit distracting at times. A minor inconvenience during my otherwise excellent stay.
